How the Deplatforming of DJT has launched the Overt Cold War between the Digital Empires and the Nation-States

I’ve been extremely worried since the deplatforming of the US president that the intellectual and political classes have been so wrapped up in the immediate, the tactical, that they have missed the grand strategic shifts that have occurred before our eyes.

I’m speaking of course about the idea that a for-profit corporation can be called about by political and economic elites to do what the US Senate did not do: hold DJT directly accountable for his actions. In the piece I published in the Times of Israel I am setting up a series of short essays I intend to write exploring the grand strategic shifts that I believe will affect us in the coming decades due to the way power has flowed from sovereign governments to the Digital Empires.
